Air-Operated Abrasive Blasting Machines

Versatile, field-proven solutions for controlled and effective blasting operations. KSBE offers a comprehensive range of air-operated abrasive blasting machines, serve precision and quality, designed for cleaning, roughening, and surface preparation. These machines utilize compressed air to propel abrasive media through blast nozzles for controlled surface treatment across varied materials and geometries. The process can be conducted in-situ on job components, in open, or in enclosure cabinets, designed for dust free environment friendly process inside the shop floor. The operation is both, in manual and in automated maneuvering of blast nozzle over the job component.  Equipment types are available in varying size models and production capacities.

Pneumatic blasting supports the use of varying types of abrasive media, like steel grit,  steel shots, aluminum oxide grit, silicon carbide grit, garnet sand, glass beads, agro media, and more, available in different mesh from coarse to fine sizes, thus providing needed process control to achieve desired finish and roughness needed. Machine types include suction (syphon), pressure feed, and wet slurry processes for required impacts and intensity.

The abrasives used are screened and recycled in the process. The process dust from abrasives and from components, including fine particle SPMs are collected in dust collectors and separated out of the system, meeting regulatory norms. Airless Shot Blasting Machines

Abrasive Shots propelled by centrifugal wheel serves high-volume high impact cleaning of casting forging and similar components in Shot Blasting Machines.  'Shots' of different material nd size grades are used for the process. Machine models are available in sizes and capacities for  tumble type (components in batched), or Table type, Hanger type, and Tunnel type shot blasting operations, with custom blast chamber sizes, 1–8 wheel configurations, with cleaning capacities ranges.

Portable Sand Blasting Machines

Portable Abrasive Sand Blasting Machines are pressure pots available in different tank capacity size models, as low cost contractor's equipment for on-site and in-situ blasting, serving structural steel and infrastructure fabrications, and related use cases. 

Caution: The term 'Sand Blasting' related to the wide acceptance of the abrasive blasting process originally served using sand as abrasives. However, owing to the international and national guidelines, SOPs, standards, and occupational health and safety laws, we promote an awareness to the contractors and the operators community on the restrictions in use of 'Silica Sand' as abrasive media, as prevention from serious health issues including the risk of Silicosis. 'KSBE' thus promotes the use of abrasives with non-free silica contents like copper slag, aluminum oxide grit, steel grits etc.
